Please read these terms carefully before deploying our autonomous agents within your environment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Apotza's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our interface or API.
2. Description of Service
Apotza provides autonomous internal tool automation and AI agent deployment services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Subscription & Payment
Certain parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. User Prohibitions
You may not use our agents to engage in illegal activities, bypass security measures, or attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary AI architecture.
5. Limitation of Liability
Apotza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our autonomous systems.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apotza Systems Interface operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Alpha Build Disclaimer
Apotza is currently in Alpha (0.9.x). By using the service, you acknowledge that features are subject to rapid iteration and occasional instability as we optimize our AI engines.
